We are so excited to finally celebrate with you!

In true Glengarry fashion, we met on the soccer field when Adam was the good-looking referee who always smelled good! Unfortunately, my soccer skills weren’t attractive enough and although our paths would cross often at various parties and Highland Games throughout the years, we were too concentrated on partying with our friends! We would continue to see each other over the years; however, it wasn't until we both moved back home where we found ourselves at the Atlantic Pub one evening seven years ago! I was at a work event and some of the Laggan Devils showed up after their Friday night game. We owe our relationship to the ‘Cougar’ who was hitting on Adam at the bar, as I went over to ‘save him’ and pretended to be his girlfriend. Although Adam did not ask me out after that night, I found myself driving through a snowstorm one New Year’s Eve to spend the celebration with him and our friends. That night, Adam finally realized I was interested in him, and we have now spent every NYE together since! New Year’s is always a significant holiday to us and why we are so excited to celebrate our engagement on January 1st!
