We will have transportation to and from the venue for everyone that would like to use it. We strongly encourage this as Ubers are scarce in the Hill Country! 2 buses will pick up guests at the Courtyard and 1 bus will pick up guests from the Hilton listed on our ‘Travel’ tab. The buses will arrive at both hotels at 4PM and will depart to the venue at 4:15PM. After the reception, buses will arrive back at the venue at 11PM to drop guests back off at both hotels.
The dress code is black tie. This means men are welcome to wear a tuxedo or a suit. Please refrain from boots or hats. Ladies may choose a formal gown or floor-length cocktail dress - please refrain from wearing champange or any shade of white.
While we adore your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We thank you for your understanding!
If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
The ceremony and reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be held in the courtyard at the venue property.
We are requesting an unplugged ceremony. Prior to the ceremony, please turn off all cell-phones and cameras and enjoy this special moment with us!
Yes! Both our ceremony and reception will be held at The Preserve at Canyon Lake.
There is a spacious parking lot at the venue, although we have provided transportation for all guests. Please refer to the 'Travel' tab for more information on the buses.
No! There are many wonderful Airbnb/rental properties near the venue. There are also many other hotel options in the area. Please plan to meet at the hotels listed in the 'Travel' tab if you'd like to utilize the wedding transportation.
