Question

What time is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4 pm ON THE DOT. If you arrive once the ceremony has started you may be asked to wait outside until the ceremony is over as not to interrupt the bride and grooms special day. Our suggestion is to arrive 30 minutes early. By arriving early you have enough time to take a picture for the guest book, find your seat and grab a drink.

What is the dress code?

Answer

There isn't one. We want our guest to be comfortable in the summer heat so please wear whatever is casual and comfortable. No need for a black tie. P.S. Unicorns, Dinosaurs, Mermaids and the like are ABSOLUTELY welcome :)

What is on the menu?

Answer

BBQ meat will be survived with traditional sides. If you have allergies please disclose that on the RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Will there be a vegetarian option?

Answer

We will do our best to make a vegetarian option but this is not guaranteed.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Absolutely, on the side of the venue there is a wheel chair ramp and we will have plenty of people to help if needed.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

In the venue itself there will be absolutely NO SMOKING. However, there is a patio on the side of the building that our smoking guests may use. We ask that you use the provided ashtrays and do not throw your cigarettes onto the grounds of the venue.

Will there be alcohol served.

Answer

There will be alcohol provided for the wedding party and those that are 21 years of age and older. You must have a valid ID in order to be served.

YES YES YES! We love kiddos and will have a table set up with lots of goodies for them to enjoy!
