If you are flying, the Charlotte Airport is the closest large hub to Banner Elk, at about 100 miles away. There is also the smaller Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) about 85 miles away.

For anyone interested, there will be a shuttle to take guests to and from the venue. The shuttle will meet at the Best Western in Banner Elk at 4:00pm and will return guests to the Best Western at the end of the evening.
