Billy, Ash's Dad, is the real reason they met. Kameron saw Ashlynn's profile on a dating app and she had a Tik Tok video that she had made with her dad on it. They were snowboarding and had made a video taking shots and thats when Kameron knew she was the one. He swiped right and wrote a message to her asking how she got her dad to make the video with her. Ashlynn later saw Kameron's profile on the app and thought he was cute and decided to swipe right. They matched and thats where this love story begins...

Ashlynn thought that they were going to a cabin up by Shaver Lake ( her favorite place ) to visit China Peak to go snowboarding and celebrate her Dad's birthday that had passed a few weeks prior. They had surprised her dad on his birthday with the lift tickets and pictures of the cabin, or so she thought. He had known about the plan for months and really played it off. The whole way up Ash was completely convinced this was a weekend about her Dad and had no suspicions of a proposal. They had a great day snowboarding and couldn't wait to go see how Shaver Lake looked in the winter time as they had only ever visited in the summer. Michelle, Billy, Austin, and Daxon headed down to the lake and Ashlynn and Kameron followed a few minutes later. When they arrived Ash was in complete shock at seeing the lake in the snow as they headed down to the same day beach spot she has been going to since 6 weeks old to meet the rest of the family. When they got to the day beach Ash didn't see anyone and called her mom to see where they were. Michelle was being very vague and acting like she didn't know where she was, so Ashlynn hangs up and tells Kameron that she thinks they are on the other side of the marina and starts to fast walk to find them. Meanwhile Kameron is down on one knee and when Ashlynn turns around it all clicked. It was never about her Dad's birthday, it was always about her proposal. She says yes and from the trees Austin pops out yelling "its about damn time". They spent the rest of the weekend celebrating and enjoying the beautiful views.
