When and where do I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than Saturday August 15th, 2026, if possible. You may RSVP through the link on our website by clicking on the RSVP tab at the top and filling out the form attached. Thank you!

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. Please RSVP for the names listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the dress code?

For our wedding, we kindly request semi-formal attire.

Is there parking available?
Answer
Yes! The venue has a variety of parking options including onsite parking, street parking and satellite parking lots within walking distance. The venue will provide signage to assist guests with locating parking for the event.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We have reserved a room block at the Hilton Charlotte Downtown hotel, which is nearby our wedding venue for our out-of-town guests. Please click on the "Travel" tab at the top for more information and for the booking link. We're so thankful to each and every one of you for traveling to celebrate with us! :)

Are children allowed?
Answer
We kindly ask that our ceremony and reception be child-free, outside of our family who is traveling in from out of town. We love your kiddos so much, but we also want everyone to be able to relax and enjoy themselves. We thank you for your understanding!

Is smoking allowed?
Answer
The venue has a strict no smoking policy inside and outside the venue in the surrounding walkways and greenspace. Please refrain from smoking or do so away from the venue if needed. Thank you!

Food and Drinks?
Answer
We will have plenty of food and drinks to keep the party going! Passed appetizers and charcuterie will be available during cocktail hour following the ceremony. Afterwards, dinner will be provided buffet style. The bar will begin serving drinks at the cocktail hour and remain open until 1 hour before the reception ends. Additionally, we will have a dessert table and some late-night bites before the reception ends. Come hungry and ready to celebrate! :)

Will Transportation be Provided?
Answer
We want all of our guests to have fun but also be safe while doing so! If you plan on drinking, please designate a sober driver or utilize Lyft/Uber/Rideshare. Our venue does allow guests to leave their vehicles overnight if needed.
