Some stories start with sparks, but ours started way back in seventh grade. Just two kids trading shy smiles across the hallway, sneaking little glances that felt like electricity, and figuring out who we were while wondering what we were doing Friday night. Even then, when it was just silly junior high crushes, there was always something special between us. No matter where life took us or who was around, we somehow always found our way back to each other. We basically grew up side by side, and honestly—we can’t imagine life any other way. By the summer before junior year, everything shifted. What had always been just under the surface finally came to life, and we stepped into love with zero hesitation—because deep down, we already knew it was real. That fall, our first real date was our homecoming day-date in Park City, riding the alpine slide and laughing the whole time. From then on, it became our tradition—we went to every homecoming dance together all through high school. Being together has never been about perfection—it’s been about knowing and loving each other exactly as we are. From little things like laughing about our height difference, to big things like knowing we’re each other’s safe place, our relationship has always felt easy and real. Fast forward to July 2024, on Baldwin Beach in Hawaii—where we got engaged. It was magical and meaningful, not just because the timing was perfect, but because being with each other has always felt like home. Now we’re stepping into this next chapter the same way we’ve lived every one before it—hand in hand, ready for adventure, laughter, and a love that never quits. We may have met young, but what we have is timeless. And honestly? The best part is that our story is only just beginning.
