Is transportation provided for wedding weekend events?

Answer

Transportation is provided from The Westin Los Cabos to events other than the Post-Toast party as we know many of you have dinner plans across Cabo beforehand. Transportation will be provided back to resorts within 20 minutes of Querencia and El Dorado from the Post-Toast Party and Reception. This includes Palmilla, Las Ventanas al Paradiso, The Hilton Los Cabos, Maravilla, Querencia, Chileno Bay and The Westin Los Cabos. Please arrange for your own transportation otherwise.

Do I need a Covid test?

Answer

According to the CDC, you will need a negative Covid test within 24 hours of your flight back to the US. Most resorts, including The Westin Los Cabos, are offering testing services on site.

Should I get vaccinated against Covid 19?

Answer

We highly recommend being vaccinated against Covid to avoid any issues with your return home and to keep yourself and fellow guests healthy and safe.

Do I need to convert my US dollars to pesos?

Answer

Most vendors in Cabo accepts US dollars! We recommend bringing cash for things like taxis and large group dinners.

Should I plan to use cash or a credit card?

Answer

Most restaurants and vendors will take credit cards like Visa and Mastercard. Don't forget to call your credit card company in advance to let them know you will be leaving the country!

What should I know about customs and immigration in Mexico?

Answer

Most importantly, make sure your passport is up to date! When you go through customs, you will receive an immigration card that you will need for your return flight to the US. Keep it in a safe place.

Will I have cell service?

Most likely, yes! Check with your service provider to make sure you know what kinds of fees they charge.

Is there Uber in Mexico?

Answer

Yes, but typically taxis are better for large groups. Resorts and and restaurants will typically call one for you.

Can I use my chargers and appliances from the US in Cabo?

Answer

Yes! Power outlets are the same and standard voltage is comparable.
