We’d love to see florals and light or bright colors. No crazy Hawaiian shirts or jeans. Linen and other breezy fabrics are encouraged—we want you to feel comfortable and not overdressed on the beach, while still looking polished and photo-ready! We kindly ask ladies to avoid pastel yellow & white and all guests to avoid dark solid colors like black & grey.
Our ceremony starts at 5:00 PM, and we kindly suggest arriving by 4:30/:45PM. This will give you plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get comfortable before we begin our celebration.
Yes, even if you can't attend, we kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible. Your early response helps us finalize our wedding details and adjust our guest count accordingly.
For your convenience, we recommend flying into Sarasota–Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), which is closest to our wedding venue. Alternatively, St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE) and Tampa International Airport (TPA) are excellent options, each located approximately an hour to an hour and a half away, depending on traffic conditions.
Both will be outdoors—the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place in the sand, and the reception will be under a pavilion that can be enclosed if needed. Fans, heaters, and shades will also be provided for comfort.
We're keeping our celebration small and intimate with only our closest loved ones. If your invitation lists a guest, we'd love for you to bring your plus one!
We love your children, but we're keeping our celebration adults-only with immediate family exceptions. If your child's name was not included on your invitation, we kindly ask that you make it a weekend getaway.
