Absolutely. If you know you won’t be attending, an early RSVP “no” is incredibly helpful so we can adjust plans.
The closest airport to our wedding is Sarasota–Bradenton International Airport (SRQ). Guests can also fly into St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE) or Tampa International Airport (TPA), both of which are about a hour/ hour & half drive depending on traffic.
We’d love to see florals and light, bright, simple colors. Please, no crazy Hawaiian shirts or jeans. Linen and other breezy fabrics are encouraged—we want our guests to feel comfortable and not overdressed on the beach, while still looking polished and photo-ready! We kindly ask ladies to avoid pastel yellow and all guests to avoid white, cream, black, and grey. Baby blue is welcome, just not in the form of a suit.
We're keeping our celebration small and intimate with only our closest loved ones. If your invitation lists a guest, we'd love for you to bring your plus one!
We love your children, but we're keeping our celebration adults-only with immediate family exceptions. If your child's name was not included on your invitation, we kindly ask that you make it a weekend getaway.
Our ceremony begins at 5:00 PM—we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled.
Both will be outdoors—the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place in the sand, and the reception will be under a pavilion that can be enclosed if needed. Fans, heaters, and shades will also be provided for comfort.
Yes! We will have complimentary valet parking available for all guests.
Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for! But if you'd like to help us start our next chapter, contributions toward our future home, honeymoon, or Mr. Wilson's daycare and treat funds would mean the world to us! <3
