Can my young children attend the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Attendance is restricted to those 12 years of age and older. Unfortunately, the property does not have any childcare services. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What should I wear to the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Formal attire. Women might want to wear wedge heels or flat shoes as the ceremony will be held on cobblestone. The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception is indoor. Denim clothing is prohibited.

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please make sure the couple has your response prior to August 1, 2025. Either through this website, text, phone call, or email. This is to provide the venue with final meal counts, tables, chairs, and final payments to the venue. Thank you kindly!

What time should I be at the Fairmont Miramar for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5PM, it is advised to be ready and at the hotel’s front drive under the fig tree by 4:30PM.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Public Parking garage is on 2nd Street, near the corner of Wilshire Blvd and 2nd Street. Prices vary based on time within the garage, by hour, which is the more economical option. You can also valet your vehicle for the event with the Fairmont hotel for $22 for the day. Overnight valet rate is $75 plus applicable taxes. You can park on/or near the couples street for free, then walk and/or Uber to the wedding venue. It’s about a 10-15 min walk, just be aware of signs as some streets are permit only parking.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes, for all those that don't want the night of dancing to end. We will continue to The Bungalow, and shut it down in celebration! All are welcome to join the newly wedded Mr. & Mrs. von Klosst-Dohna!

Unfortunately, unless the date was included on your RSVP check-in page, we cannot accept anymore individuals. We appreciate your understanding on this issue. If you aren’t 100% sure, please reach out to Ashlyn or Kurt, we will assist you!
