What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

With the layout of the venue, guests will be shuttled from the parking area to the ceremony site at the top of the mountain, where the view is beautiful. Shuttles will begin an hour before the ceremony begins, so please arrive between 3 and 3:30 PM to catch the shuttle. We don't want any of you to miss the ceremony!

How to I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Hidden Pastures Farm 240 Hidden Pasture Dr. Fleetwood, NC 28626 Directions to the venue: Take Paul Goodman Rd., off of Highway 221. At the end of Paul Goodman, follow the signs for Hidden Pastures Farm. There will be parking attendants directing you where to park and shuttle assistants to get you to the ceremony and reception spaces.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Think Cocktail/Casual attire. We want everyone to feel comfortable, but also use this as a reason to dress up! Ladies, spring dresses, jumpsuits, or skirts are great! Also, keep in mind you will be walking on grass, so sandals or wedges are strongly suggested. Guys - chinos or dark jeans and a button-down shirt are ideal! Feel free to break out the cowboy boots - our groom will be sporting his!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, as well as cocktail hour. Dinner will be served indoors, and dancing will be on the covered patio.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Answer

Guests arrive between 3 and 3:30 pm. Ceremony at 4:00pm Cocktail Hour Dinner Dancing!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

While we would love to have everyone bring along a plus-one, we simply cannot accommodate extra guests. We kindly ask that guests be limited to those listed directly on the invitation.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your littles! However, with limited space at the venue, we kindly ask that only those listed on the wedding invitation attend.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We plan to have a variety of hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour. Dinner will consist of salad, pasta bar, and bread. If you have any dietary restrictions, please send us a note with your RSVP, and we will be happy to accommodate. There will also be a variety of dessert options to enjoy! There will be an open bar featuring a variety of beers, wine, and seltzers, along with several non-alcoholic beverages. Due to our venue's strict alcohol policy, guests are not allowed to bring in alcoholic beverages of any kind. We ask that everyone respect this rule.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar for guests aged 21 and over to enjoy. The bar menu will feature a variety of beers, wines, and seltzers. Due to our venue's strict alcohol policy, guests are not allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages. We kindly ask that you respect this policy.

May I take pictures?

Answer

We are excited to see everyone's candid pictures of the day, but we do ask that you put your phones away during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present and take it all in. And to be quite frank, we don't want to see your phones in our professional pictures. So, keep the phones away during the ceremony, please.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
