Colton and I met in 8th grade due to us having the same group of friends who always hung out however it wasn't until later that year that we started talking. I remember he messaged me and we began talking from there on out. Over the summer I moved and we stayed in touch however august rolled around and we reconnected and things continued from there

It was a Friday night, I was working my normal 3-11 shift while waiting for Colton to update me on when he would be home from Dallas. He had me convinced that he was not home and I would beat him home because they ran into bad traffic when leaving Texas. As I got home and opened the door there was a path of lit candles and a card sitting on the table, when I was done reading I turned around and Colton was down on one knee waiting for me. Of course I said "YES!" We can't wait to share our special day with you all!
