Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we’ve decided to keep our wedding day adults-only with no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can still join us. Please feel free to reach out to Ashlyn for any questions or concerns.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We welcome everyone to arrive at 2:30 pm to grab a seat and enjoy a cold beverage, such as water or champagne, before the ceremony starts at 3 pm.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only guests listed by name on the invitation attend. Thank you so much for understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Summer formal is a great guide, but above all, dress for the weather and wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

A shuttle service will be provided from Hotel Vista Sierra, departing around 2 PM, with return service to the hotel at 9:30 PM.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a private parking lot available, and attendants will be on hand to help guide you.

Are there hotel blocks?

Answer

Yes, there are some blocked rooms available at the Hotel Vista Sierra under "Grant & Dwyer Wedding". Lodging will also be available at Miners Camp, which is a short walk from the venue. Links are available under the "Travel" tab

Answer

The reception will conclude at 9:30 PM, with shuttle service beginning thereafter.

Is there an after-party?

Answer

We’ll be wrapping up the celebration at the end of the reception, with no after-party planned.
