The ceremony and reception are located on the same property at Drakewood Farms (5508 Brick Church Pike, Goodlettsville, TN 37072).
The ceremony starts promptly at 530pm, please arrive at least 10- 15 minutes early in order to get to the ceremony site and your seats in time.
Anything you would like as long as it is not your birthday suit. We do not have a strict dress code although most people will be in semi-formal attire. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside in the forest (shaded but likely still warm) and the reception will be in an open air setting (it can get chilly at night, even in the summer).
You may feel free to stay wherever you are most comfortable. There are hotels located within 5 mins of the venue in Goodlettsville as well as plenty of hotels in downtown Nashville which is just under a 15 min drive, please see our list on this website for recommendations. The wedding couple will be staying downtown at the Marriott Courtyard.
You may drive to the venue if you wish as there will be plenty of parking however if you plan on drinking we request that you plan ahead with either a designated driver or utilize a ride share company (Lyft is big in this area).
We will be able to stay and party until 11pm at the venue. After which they ask us to move our party elsewhere so that the venue crew can clean up. The newly married couple will be happy to have you join us downtown to continue the party if you wish.
In an effort to make our special day one to remember we request that no children are in attendance unless explicitly invited. The reception is strictly adult only.
We will be providing an array of different liquors, wines, and beers. Tennessee has a strick alcohol policy so there will be a bartender who is required by law to check all IDs no matter the age. If you would like to partake in these drinks please come prepared with a valid ID.
