Absolutely! We just give a fair warning that not so child-friendly music will start at 7 p.m.
There will be a cash bar at our reception.
The venue has ample parking spaces available.
The wedding party will be busy getting photos for about 45 minutes. During this time everyone is welcome to use the bar and socialize.
The ceremony and reception will take place indoors, but since weather can be unpredictable we suggest bringing something warm to put on in case you get cold. We plan on having the event space air conditioned if it is hot or heated if it is cold.
We want everyone to be comfortable when attending, but we do ask that everyone wear at least one step up from a t-shirt and jeans (think a button up shirt and slacks). We also ask that anyone wearing a dress does not wear pure white. If you think your attire might be questionable, feel free to reach out and we can discuss whatever it is you're thinking about wearing.
Guest arrival 3:45 -4:10 p.m. Ceremony 4:15-4:45 p.m. Social time/photography 4:45-5:30 p.m. Reception 5:15-11:15 p.m. Grand March will be any time between 5:15-5:30 p.m depending on how long pictures take Dinner/speeches 5:30-6:15 p.m. Cake cutting ceremony will be done during or directly after dinner Dancing 6:30-11:15 p.m. Send off 11:15 p.m.
Any and all dietary restrictions will need to be brought up to the bride or groom so we can accommodate as necessary, which we are more than happy to do!
