Our Love Story begins online, where Dan was the first to message me and after a month of talking, we finally met for the first time at Gurnee Mills Mall. Shortly thereafter, we had our first kiss on top of Wilmot Mountain when we went snowboarding, and the next day on 1/16/2017, we became an official couple. Then in the summer of 2018, we took the next step in our relationship and decided to move in together. We also added two puppers to the mix at the same time, Zelda and Link, who both became an extremely important part of our lives. Then, Dan popped the big question on 3/7/19 while on a cruise in the South Caribbean, on Curacao. He kneeled down and revealed a jeweled turtle, whose shell opened to reveal the beautiful ring inside. Of course, I said "Yesss!" We bought our first house together that summer and adopted another pupper to complete our family of five. Now, we are planning our wedding and hope to see you there. Well you all know that Covid happened last year and we had to make the difficult decision to postpone our wedding for another year. However we still wanted to get married so we did hold a small ceremony in our backyard on our original date 10/10/2020. This year we hope to have our dream wedding with all our friends and family!
