What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Please arrive by 3:45 PM so you can make your way to the ceremony location and find a seat. If you want to arrive early, check out the winery and brewery on-site. There is also a patio with drinks behind Carlos Creek Winery.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage you to dress up to celebrate our special day with us. The dress code is semi formal / cocktail attire.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will be held indoors. We do have an option to move the ceremony and cocktail hour indoors if it is raining.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Is transportation provided?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the same location. There is plenty of parking at the venue and you are able to leave a car overnight if needed. Our shuttle will stop at Arrowwood Resort and Lake Darling Resort before and after the wedding. Before the wedding, the shuttle will pick-up at Lake Darling Resort at 2:40 pm and at Arrowwood Resort at 3:05 pm. The shuttle will depart from the wedding venue at 9:30 pm, 10:30 pm and 11:30 pm and will drop-off at Lake Darling Resort and Arrowwood Resort.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your kiddos, this will be an adult only event, unless otherwise specified on your invitation.

Can I bring a date/ plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide all of our guests with a plus one. If you have a plus one, it will be specified on your invitation.
