DO I HAVE TO RSVP?

Answer

Yes. Please ensure that you RSVP by NOVEMBER 16, 2024 We need to have a head count NOVEMBER 16, so please help us to accommodate you as best as we can! If you do not RSVP by the requested date, we will assume you can't make it, and you will not be included in the final headcount. Please note that our vendors need counts far in advance so we will not be able to accommodate ANYBODY other than those who have RSVP's "yes" by the deadline. You will RSVP by scanning your QR code on your invitation. Your names will pop up and you can include your answer of yes attending or no we will not be attending. Thanks, and we hope you will be joining us!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Please refrain from wearing white. Please, no jeans, casual clothing or denim. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt, and women wear a dress in various lengths like knee length, middie length or floor length. Examples of Attire: Tailored jumpsuits, satin suits, and dressy separates are considered appropriate and stylish options for cocktail attire.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on Sunday December 22, 2024 at 5:30 pm at The St. Anthony Luxury Hotel in San Antonio, Texas. ( downtown area) The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. If you are late, you will be kindly asked by our team to not enter the ceremony space. You will have to wait and join us for the cocktail hour followed by the reception.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE, OR MY KIDS?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will only be able to accommodate those named in the invitation and RSVP section. Thank you for understanding and we can not wait to celebrate with YOU! Invitations will be specific and will include the names of those who are invited. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can celebrate with us!

WILL THERE BE PARKING NEAR THE VENUE?

Answer

The Venue does offer Valet which is the easiest option for guests. There are also additional parking lots around the area for those who do not plan staying overnight.

Yes! Please visit the "Travel" tab for information on the hotel block. Be sure to book by November 20, 2024, to use our group rate!

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing "not attending" so we can plan accordingly and account for the final number. Thank you!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like during the cocktail hour and reception.

IS THERE A THEME FOR THE WEDDING?

Answer

Yes, our theme for our wedding is Glamorous "Gatsby-Deco" and we encourage guests to incorporate specific elements/colors into their outfits like black, shades of gold, silver, rich greens and holiday colors! Think "Great Gatsby" and the roaring 20s that was inspired by the art deco timeframe with sequins, geometric elements, rich metallic elements, sparkles and glam. The most popular color palette for an Art Deco-inspired wedding is black and gold, but any hues can complement a décor style reminiscent of the Jazz Age with the right embellishments. Elegance and Extravaganza, all embodied in precious and oversized jewelry, opulent bouquets and feathers adorned with crystals and pearls and, of course, champagne
