Where Do I Park?

Answer

There is a free dedicated parking lot across the street from the museum entrance as well as overflow parking adjacent to the building near the intersection of Riverside Ave & Post St.

What are important venue details?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in the gardens (on grass), and the reception will be indoors. It is a museum, so everyone will appreciate the cooler A/C temps.

Can I explore the museum and gardens?

Answer

Yes! The gardens and a few exhibit galleries will be open for guests up to two hours after the ceremony. Please note: No food or beverage inside art exhibit galleries but are allowed in outside gardens. Cocktail tables will be stationed in reception area to set down your beverage or snack. Please adhere to museum policies regarding exhibits and kindly watch your step in gardens near statues. No umbrellas, oversized handbags, or parcels larger than 12"x18" allowed in exhibit galleries.

Can I smoke on property?

Answer

Cummer Museum & Gardens is a smoke-free building. Smoking/vaping is permitted outside of the front building only, not inside the gardens. An ashtray is provided by the front entrance for your convenience.

Are young children allowed?

This is an adult only event unless specified by the bride and groom. Book your babysitters and enjoy an evening of fun and festivities!
