Regarding COVID-19

Answer

For the health and safety of all of our family and friends, especially those who are immunocompromised, we are requiring that all guests attending our wedding be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. We trust that all those attending will adhere to this request.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy Casual. Please note that the ceremony and reception will both be held outside. Guests are encouraged to wear grass-friendly shoes.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:45pm so you have time to grab a refreshment and take the short walk to the ceremony location. The ceremony will be outside on the grass, with standing room for all guests, and should last for about 20 minutes. If you require seating for the ceremony, please let us know. We can arrange for a chair to be brought to the ceremony location for those who need it.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There will be valet parking.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our only recommendation would be that if you are planning to stay in a hotel, to book that room as soon as possible, as June in RI is a busy time. The hotel block that was set aside for our wedding has been fully booked and cannot be expanded.

I have a food allergy or follow a specific diet, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please contact Kate regarding any allergies or special requests. The dinner will consist of a Pasta Station and a Taco Station. The Taco Station includes options for Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten Free diets. The Pasta Station includes Vegetarian options.
