Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to limited space, we’ve reserved a specific number of seats for each guest. Please refer to your wedding detail card to see how many people are included in your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we adore your kids, we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out, and we truly appreciate you making arrangements so you can join us!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We plan on having an entree choice that's vegan, gluten and nut free to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions.

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

'Tis the season to be stylish! Our wedding is formal, with a holiday twist—think classic suits, elegant dresses, and maybe a hint of sparkle or deep winter tones. Bonus points for velvet, jewel tones, or anything that says “chic holiday magic”. Just no Santa suits, please. 😉

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at Hampton Inn & Suites Fairfield. Please book your stay by 12/12/2025 to guarantee a room in our block. After this date, rooms that are not booked will be released. Use the code 984 or mention the Stoffel & Bonura wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate. Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s) for the wedding reception?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a shuttle running to and from the wedding reception—but please note, this service is only available for guests staying at our designated hotel. If you’ve booked a room there, you’re all set! Shuttle details and timing will be provided closer to the big day.
