Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm with dinner and dancing to follow. Please plan to arrive between 4:10-4:20pm to allow for parking, entering the venue and finding your seat.
Yes! The venue has designated event parking which should be able to accommodate all of our guests, but we encourage those that can to carpool with one another. Entrance to the wedding will be located directly across from guest parking as the main entrance to the garden will be closed. There will be signage to help guide guests.
We look forward to our guests dressing up with us! There is no specific dress code but we're encouraging pops of color, floral prints and dressy summer outfits for our garden setting! Keep in mind both ceremony and reception will be outdoors, with the ceremony being held on the main garden lawn, so dress for sunny weather and walking on grass. To honor the bride, please avoid wearing white, cream or ivory. Bridesmaids will be wearing a light/soft yellow.
While we love all your littles, this celebration will be for those older children and adults listed on the invitation, with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearer.
If you've received a plus one, that will be listed on your invitation as well as under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we are keeping the day as intimate as possible with our closest family and friends.
If we do not get an RSVP back by July 4th, it will be marked as "not attending". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to vendors at that time.
Your love and friendship on our wedding day is the best gift we could ask for! For those who have asked, we'll lovingly accept gifts towards our next big milestone, our first home. We'll have a card box at the ceremony for such gifts. Throughout the years we have been fortunate enough to accumulate everything we could possibly need and therefore won't be having an itemized registry.
The Oregon Garden is a completely non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are only allowed in the parking lot area. For guests staying at the Oregon Garden Resort, they have a designated smoking area on their property.
