When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RVSP by Friday, August 7th, 2026. The room block to reserve at room at The Beaufort Hotel closes on Friday, August 21st, 2026.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our guests in Cocktail attire. Longer dresses (calf/midi or ankle length) or a dressy jumpsuit for the ladies. Suits and ties for the men. Ladies may want to bring a sweater in the event there is a breeze by the water.

Where should I park for the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Wedding guests are able to park in the "Event Parking" area on Lennoxville Road. If you would like to Valet park, put in the address for the Beaufort Hotel and the Valet will direct you over to the West Lawn for the ceremony. Valet parking is $15.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00pm. Please be seated by 4:45pm.

What is the closest airport?

Answer

The Wilmington Airport (ILM) is closest being 2 hours 15 minutes away from the venue. The Raleigh Airport (RDU) is 3 hours away from the venue.

What happens if there is rain on the day of the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will be moved to the covered patio in the case of rain. The reception will be held indoors regardless of weather.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invite will be named "Your name and Guest" if you have been provided a plus one to the event.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! Your kids have been included in our guest list and you will be able to RSVP them on this website when you submit your RSVP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, the Beaufort Hotel is able to accommodate dietary restrictions. There is a spot on the RSVP page to let us know of any dietary needs.
