We met on June 5th, 2017, both starting our new jobs at Ashford University in downtown Denver. Starting as just coworkers working in cubicles across one another developed into a friendship. Which eventually grew into an office romance and now to a bond in marriage.

On our first day in Paris, we spent the morning walking through the Montmartre section of Paris. Walking across the Passy bridge, we decided to stop and take in the Eiffel Tower view. Being just the two of us on a park bench in the middle of the Seine river in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower was the perfect stop to get down on one knee and propose.
