I started going to a vape shop in Arlington; where I saw Ashley. I didn't have the nerve to talk to her or ask for her number, so I kept coming back hoping to muster up the courage. One day in December, I went to the vape shop, got my juice, and went back to my car. I sat there for a second and knew I'm not driving away this time without asking. I asked if I could give her my number and she said "it's against store policy, but here's a piece of paper and a pen" and then she walked away. So I grabbed the pen and paper, wrote my number down and walk out. I never truly paid attention to the customers that walked in and out of the store each day. I also didn't know that the day I met Zach was going to be any different. When Zach came in his order wasn't anything special and for whatever reason it seemed I truly saw him for the first time. I sat listening to his conversation with one of our regulars and pitched in every once in a while and I'd see him looking at me from time to time. He pulled me to the side and asked if he could give me his number. It was store policy that we can't give our number or take any customer numbers but I thought he was cute so I gave him a paper and pen and walked away smiling like a school girl. After he left I took his number, texted him and we decided to hang out later that day. The rest, as they say is history.
