Yes, we'd love to see you for brunch/lunch on Sunday at 5918 North Figueroa Street in Highland Park! Stop by anytime 11:30-1:30 for a no-host, drop-in brunch just a few blocks from our new home. This open-air, multi-tenant complex has everything from breakfast and coffee (at Go Get 'Em Tiger, open at 6 AM) to pizza and wine (at Triple Beam, opens at noon) to sit-down Cali-Italian (at Hippo, brunch 10 AM-2 PM). We'll be outside on the shared patio between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM.
You are welcome to join us and our families at the Langham Huntington, located two miles from the ceremony venue. We've secured a great rate for our guests - use the link from the "Accommodations" page to book, or call the reservation line and reference reservation code ATK101119. Any hotel located in Old Pasadena would also offer a convenient and pleasant stay -- Hyatt Place Pasadena is within easy walking distance of the ceremony, or visit www.oldpasadena.org for more suggestions. Downtown LA offers numerous hotels from classic to contemporary and is reachable from Pasadena via Metro's Gold Line or by car; visit www.downtownla.com for information.
Please respond here or by mailing us your RSVP card no later than Wednesday, September 11.
Please plan to arrive in time for a ceremony beginning promptly at 3 PM. Refreshments will be served at the reception.
We don't recommend driving unless you need to. Transportation will be provided from the church to the reception at Santa Anita Park, and parking near Pasadena Presbyterian Church is limited. To return home at the end of the evening, we suggest calling Lyft, Uber or a taxi. Several area hotels offer shuttle service within Pasadena. The Langham Huntington offers a free pick-up and drop-off service for guests to any location within a three-mile radius, including the ceremony venue and other parts of Old Pasadena. The Sheraton Pasadena, Hotel Constance, and Hilton Pasadena also offer local-area shuttles.
Pasadena Presbyterian Church does not have its own parking lot. Free street parking is available for one hour, and there are paid private parking lots located at 566 E. Colorado (directly across from the church) or at 65 N. Madison Ave. (behind the church). Note that an outdoor art event will be taking place during the ceremony hours, and Green Street will be closed between Madison and El Molino. Traffic and parking challenges can be expected.
We're pleased to welcome the children of family and out-of-town guests, but regrettably don't have capacity to include the children of all our Los Angeles friends. Wherever you're from, we're happy to help facilitate recommended babysitters at your home or hotel -- just reach out to us at ashleyandwinston@gmail.com.
We did our best to include the important people in your lives -- if we left someone out, please let us know!
The suggested attire is California cocktail - dresses or dressy jumpsuits for ladies, jackets and slacks for gentlemen. October can be quite warm in the daytime, but chilly in the evening -- check the forecast before packing, and bring a jacket or wrap. As they say, it never rains in Southern California ...
Yes, please share any dietary restrictions with us when you RSVP.
