Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Le Chateau, a stunning Gilded Age mansion set on 25 acres in the Hudson Valley. The address is 1410 Old Post Road (Route 35), South Salem, NY 10590.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional. Tuxedos and gowns are preferred but not required. Think cocktail attire or formal wear — this is a night to get dressed up! Please note the venue has beautiful outdoor grounds, so we suggest avoiding stilettos or very thin heels on the lawn.

Is there transportation between the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle service between the hotels and Le Chateau on the night of the wedding. The shuttle will run between Hotel Zero Degrees and Hilton Garden Inn to the venue and back at the end of the night. We strongly encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle so you can relax and enjoy the evening worry-free! More details on shuttle times will be shared closer to the date.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Le Chateau has on-site parking available for guests directly on the property.If you are driving, we recommend carpooling or using Uber if possible, and please plan to allow a little extra time to park and make your way to the ceremony garden. There will also be shuttles provided from the hotels. The venue is set on a hillside, so comfortable shoes are recommended for walking the grounds!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is held in Le Chateau's beautiful walled outdoor garden. The reception and dinner will be indoors in the Ballroom. In case of inclement weather, the venue has a backup indoor plan.

Is it an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to put phones away during the ceremony so our photographer can capture every moment uninterrupted.
