When do I need to RSVP by?

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Hampton Inn and Suites. A shuttle will arrive at 4:00pm and will promptly depart at 4:15pm to take guests to the wedding venue. Following the reception, a shuttle will return to the venue at 11:00pm to depart for the hotel at 11:15pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is ample parking for guests at the venue. Upon entering the property, there will be signs directing you to the field designated for parking. The parking field is within walking distance to the ceremony, but golf cars will also be available to bring guests from the parking field to the ceremony.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors in a grass field (so ladies, don’t wear shoes that could get stuck) and the reception will be inside and air conditioned.

Are kids welcome?

While we love children and can't wait to have our own someday, we kindly request this be an adults only event.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed dearly! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I bring a date or plus one not noted on my invitation?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired professionals to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we would hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them!
