Travel Note

Tehama from Carmel

Take Highway 1 to Carmel Valley Road. In approximately 3.5 miles, make a left at Valley Greens Drive, directly across from the entrance to Quail Lodge. There is a left turn lane here with no signs on this side of the road. Upon entering through the first gatehouse, where you will provide your name and event, stay on the main road which will eventually curve uphill and lead you to a second gatehouse. Again provide your name and event. Continue up the hill and turn right at the first road with the “Clubhouse” sign. Valet service is required at the venue—but don’t worry, it’s already covered by us! You can access the gate and valet starting 30 minutes before the ceremony starts.

Tehama from Highway 68

If you’re arriving via Highway 68, turn right at the Olmsted Road stoplight. Then, take the first left onto Via Malpaso. When you reach the first gatehouse, provide your name and the event you’re attending. Continue along the main road uphill to a second gatehouse, where you’ll again give your name and event. From there, continue up the hill and turn right at the first road marked with the “Clubhouse” sign. As you drive up toward the Clubhouse, you’ll come to a roundabout for valet parking. Valet service is required at the venue—but don’t worry, it’s already covered by us! You can access the gate and valet starting 30 minutes before the ceremony starts.

Flight

San Jose Regional Airport (SJC)

The closest major airport to our venue is San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC), located about 1 to 1.5 hours north of the venue. SJC is a great option if you’re flying in from farther away, as it’s served by almost all major airlines and offers a wide range of flight options. Rental cars, rideshares, and shuttles are all easily available at the airport to help you make your way down to Carmel.

The closest airport to our venue is Monterey Regional Airport (MRY), just a short drive away! MRY offers daily flights from several major cities, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Dallas, and Seattle. You’ll find familiar airlines like United, American, Alaska, Allegiant, and JSX flying in and out of Monterey. If you’re planning to explore the area or need transportation during your stay, rental cars are conveniently available right at the airport.
