Where is the wedding taking place?

The ceremony and reception will both take place at the National Aviary in Pittsburgh, PA on May 31st, 2025 at 6:00 PM. 700 Arch Street Pittsburgh, PA 15212

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving by 6:00 PM to enjoy the Aviary exhibits, which are open to guests until 7:30 PM.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is free parking available in the National Aviary’s lot located directly off Arch Street.

Is this a kid-friendly event?
Answer
Yes! The wedding is family- and kid-friendly, and we’d love for your little ones to enjoy the exhibits and festivities right alongside you.

How should I Dress
Answer
We’re celebrating in a lush garden setting surrounded by nature and color—so let your outfit reflect that! Think: - Floral prints, pastels, and soft spring-inspired colors - Suits, dress shirts, or blazers

Will there be food and drinks?
Answer
Absolutely! A full dinner will be served, and there will be an open bar with beer, wine, and cocktails.

I have a food allergy—what should I do?

You’ll be able to note any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you RSVP. We’ll make sure you’re accommodated—just be sure to let us know in advance.

You will have access to several of the Aviary’s most iconic habitats from arrival until 7:30 PM, including: Tropical Rainforest Wetlands Grasslands Penguin Point

What is the Avian Encounter?
Answer
A trained animal handler will bring a bird ambassador to mingle with guests! You can take photos, ask questions, and get up close (no touching, though). It’s a really fun and unique experience.

Please RSVP by May 9th at the link provided. You’ll need to enter your last name to access your invitation.

There are lots of great accommodations in North Side, Downtown, and the Strip District—all within a short drive of the venue. If you’d like a personal recommendation, just email us and we can help!

Is there a registry?
Answer
We’re so grateful you’ll be joining us—that’s truly the greatest gift we could ask for. We do not have a registry and we kindly ask that you please do not bring any gifts to the wedding. Your presence, love, and laughter are more than enough. Thank you for understanding!
