FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early (3:45 pm). We do not want you to miss any part of our day!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is not a strict dress code, but we kindly ask that you attend in semi-formal attire. Please be aware that the ceremony is located on a grassy lawn and plan footwear accordingly.

Question

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a photographer to photograph our ceremony, but we ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony, and instead be present with us. You are more than welcome to take as many photos as you wish during the cocktail hour and the reception. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! On the day of the wedding, there will be someone directing cars to the grassy field directly adjacent to the ceremony. If you believe that you will have difficulty walking through this field, please let us know and we can arrange that you are dropped off closer to the ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If we have not indicated an "and Guest" on your invitation, we do ask that you attend solo. There is limited seating available at the venue and we cannot make accommodations for any extra guests.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We have planned to have children present at the wedding. You are more than welcome to attend with your children, or go child-free for the evening. Please RSVP accordingly.

Question

What time should I plan to leave the venue?

Answer

Out of respect for the residents of the surrounding town, music will be shut down at 10:30. Please plan to leave by then.
