Are children welcome?

While we love kids (and even sorta met at a summer camp!) we unfortunately can not accommodate children at our venue. Between the lake, firepits and general wedding festivities, a kid-free night will be the best for everyone's safety and sanity. For those traveling with their kiddos, Orlando has several companies that specialize in hotel room based nanny services. We recommend checking out Kid's Nite Out or The Sitter Sisters.

Can I bring a date?

Due to venue capacity limitations, we can only accommodate invited guests. To check who in your party is invited, check your Save the Date or invitation envelope, or the RSVP section of our website. If you do have a guest attending with you, we would love to receive their name in advance so we can ensure they feel welcome!

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire is semi‑formal: we’re picturing elegant suits and chic dresses—dressy enough for the celebration, but comfortable enough to dance the night away. Since both the ceremony and reception are outdoors (and in Florida!), we encourage light fabrics and a touch of color. Think bright hues, tropical flair, and something that keeps you feeling cool and confident all evening. Note that the ceremony is on turf so we'd recommend leaving the stilettos at home.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Instead of a traditional plated dinner, we are planning to have stations serving a variety of different cuisines. We will have plenty of options for all the common dietary restrictions, but feel free to reach out if you have any specific concerns.
