Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, please RSVP by August 01, 2026 so we can plan accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony to be seated and settled before we begin.

What happens if I arrive late?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive early, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Late arrivals may be asked to wait until after the ceremony before entering.

Is there a seating chart?

No formal seating chart will be in place—please feel free to choose any open seat and make yourself comfortable!

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place in the same location. In the Rybin building.

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Answer

Yes—we would love that! We’re choosing to experience this day through your eyes, so feel free to take photos throughout the celebration. A QR code will be available for you to easily share your pictures with us. Please remain seated during the ceremony, though, while taking photos.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar available during the reception. We encourage everyone to celebrate, have fun, and drink responsibly. Out of respect and safety for all guests, underage drinking and unruly behavior will not be tolerated.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! Children are welcome to celebrate with us. There will be small table activities available to help keep younger guests entertained. Please note that alcohol will be served during the reception. We kindly ask that parents supervise their children throughout the evening and help ensure they do not access the bar area.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

If you plan to enjoy the open bar, we encourage safe transportation. Vehicles may be left overnight if needed and picked up the following day before 8am.

What if I want to give a gift?

Answer

Your presence is truly the greatest gift. However, if you wish to give, we would be grateful for a contribution toward our honeymoon fund. However, there will be a table for gifts and cards and instructions on how to donate to our newlywed funds.
