How do I book?

Answer

All reservations must go through our travel agent: Jessica Carey at (732) 779-0268. Please do not book directly with the resort or online. Full details can be found under the Travel and Booking tab

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! A valid passport is required for entry into Jamaica. Make sure yours is up to date (it should not expire within 6 months of travel).

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

You'll want to fly into Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay. The resort is just about 15 minutes away.

Will there be transportation to and from the airport?

Answer

Yes! There will be transportation provided by Sandals!

Can I extend my stay?

Answer

Yes! Guests are welcome to extend their stay before or after the wedding dates. Just let the resort or our travel agent know when booking. The welcome party will be Friday, January 15, 2027. The wedding ceremony will be Saturday, January 16, 2027.

Do I need travel insurance?

Answer

It’s recommended, just in case of unexpected changes. Our travel agent can help you add a policy when you book.

What’s the weather like in January?

Answer

January in Montego Bay is warm and sunny, averaging 80–85°F during the day with cooler evenings. Perfect beach wedding weather!

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Yes. Think island chic —flowy dresses, linen shirts, sandals or wedges (skip the stilettos). We want you comfortable, stylish & ready to dance in the sand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to our resort contract and room block, invitations are limited to the guests listed on your invite. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring kids?

We would like our wedding to be an adults-only celebration (21+) so everyone can relax, let loose, and enjoy a true getaway in paradise with us. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Will there be other events besides the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’re planning a welcome party at the resort and possibly a group excursion. Details will be shared closer to the date — think fun in the sun with all of us! 🌴

What's included at Sandals?

Answer

Sandals is an all-inclusive resort -- your room, food, drinks (yes, all the rum punch), water, sports, entertainment and airport transfers are included

How many restaurants are there at the resort?

Sandals Montego Bay has 12 restaurants on its property. Butch's (Steakhouse) Soy (Sushi) Cucina Romana (Italian) Café de Paris (Cafe) Oleander (Caribbean) Tokyo Jo's (Asian) Plus other specialty restaurants

Can I tip the staff or my butler?

Answer

For staff, no tipping. Tips are included in your all-inclusive package. The only exceptions are spa services and excursions outside the resort, where tipping is optional. If you have a butler with your stay, please tip by cash only. Thank you!
