Our story started in April 2020 while working together at Tractor Supply in Wysox. Trevor came in for an interview while I was working at the register. At that time, we didn’t know just how much we would change each other’s lives. Over the next few months, we grew close as friends while working on the freight shift together. Even though I swore I would never date a coworker (lol), Trevor was persistent—and honestly, I’m so glad he was! In October 2020, Trevor asked me to go on our first date to the haunted house in Wysox. To this day, Trevor will tell you that's when we started dating. I told him it wasn’t official until he asked me in person (lol). After that, we continued to go out on a few dates, and then Trevor asked me on November 13th, 2020, to be his girlfriend. Fast-forward to June 2, 2024… Trevor had mentioned that we should get photos taken again by my best friend Lanaya. Little did I know that Trevor and Lanaya had something big planned! They planned to take photos at my cousin’s pond, where many of my family members and I had taken pictures, which made it even more special. He wanted to get photos of us dancing, so he played our song, “All About It” by Dylan Marlow. We danced, and I can’t tell you exactly what he said, because I think I blacked out when he got down on one knee! The last six years have been full of love, laughter, and unforgettable experiences that we are so grateful for—from horse shows, to beach trips, to becoming dachshund parents together. We cannot wait to be surrounded by our family and closest friends to celebrate our marriage!
