How do I RSVP?

Answer

Simply click the RSVP tab above. Enter your first name exactly as it appears on your invitation, then select your group and follow the prompts to submit your response.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Ashley or Tony as soon as you are aware.

When is the rsvp deadline?

Please kindly RSVP before July 17th! We won’t be able to accommodate guests who respond after this date.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30. Please arrive NO LATER than 4:15 pm.

Will transportation be provided to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be available to transport guests to and from the venue from Tru by Hilton. Please indicate on your RSVP if you plan to ride so we can make sure there’s enough space for everyone!

Is there free parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at the venue if you would like to drive yourself.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight. However, you will need to make arrangements to retrieve your vehicle the following morning by 11am.

Can I uber or lyft?

Answer

Ride shares are a great way to get to the venue. However, they can be scarce late at night, so we strongly recommend taking the shuttle for your return to the hotel.

Are the ceremony & reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Bluemont Vineyard (18755 Foggy Bottom Rd, Bluemont, VA 20135)

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. If the skies have other plans, we'll bring the celebration inside. Cocktail hour will also be held outside, and the reception will be indoors, rain or shine.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! The after party is completely optional for anyone who wants to keep the party going with us. We’ll be heading to a bar just steps from the Tru by Hilton hotel, and it’s an easy walk back afterward!

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

All of my beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing different shades of pink.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly request that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We are choosing to have an unplugged ceremony so that everyone can be fully present with us. Our professional photographer will capture every special moment, and we will be sure to share those memories with you as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Can I share photos from the wedding immediately?

Absolutely! As long as we look good in the photos ;)

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invite is made out to "(Your Name) & Guest", then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only celebration, with a few exceptions for the wedding party. We encourage you to think of our wedding as a date night!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We'll have an open bar flowing all night.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

No problem at all! Just let us know if you have any food allergies when you RSVP. If you have any other questions regarding catering, feel free to reach out Ashley or Tony directly!
