Please arrive before or at 3:00 o’clock PM. If you will be later than 3:10 PM we ask that you please PLEASE wait in your vehicle until the ceremony is over so there are no inturuptions in our big moment!
The earlier the better, but we ask that you please RSVP by Monday September 11th, 2023 at the very latest. If you have not contacted either of us or RSVPd by this day we will mark you as not able to attended. Unfortunately we have deadlines for our vendors and we cannot accommodate people coming that have not RSVPd, so please, if you didn’t RSVP or RSVPd not attending do not show up! Thank you for understanding!!
If you RSVPd YES but are unable to attend, please let us know ASAP!! We have to pay for a lot of things based on guest count and would love to avoid over paying at all cost! We will never take offense if you change your mind for any reason, we know things happen, please just let us know!! If you RSVPd NO but are now able to attend, please let us know ASAP! If you change your mind before or on the RSVP deadline we should be able to make arrangements for you to join us no problem, if it is after the deadline it will be at the discretion of the venue and vendors wether or not we can accommodate adding guests!
The ceremony and reception are all in the same place (I know, how convenient!) and yes there is ample parking available! As you pull in to the venue please be on the look out for the parking attendant! He or she will be directing you where to park!
There is no strict dress code, we want you to be comfortable and have fun! We do however ask that you dress for the occasion! (leave the jorts and Hawaiian shirts at home fellas!) Semi-formal attire is preferred, but as long as you avoid shorts and t shirts you’re good! For the ladies we ask that you please avoid wearing white or blue dresses! Thank you!
We love your kiddos and want them to come with you to celebrate, but please carefully consider what is best for your family when deciding if they will join you or not! While the venue is set back off the main road, there is some space for them to run outside and there will be activities to help corral them, there are also a lot of ways accidents can happen and we would hate for anyone to get hurt! As all of you know I am a pediatric nurse, but I’d rather not work on my day off if I don’t have to! (Joking, kinda.. lol) Please consider the following before making your decision: if you bring your children you MUST supervise them at all times, there will be alcohol served at cocktail hour and the reception, the inside of the venue is on the smaller side so they will not be able to run around while we are all inside, there will be an after party that will only be open to those over 21 years old absolutely NO children allowed during this time of the night and they will have to sit quietly through the ceremony (roughly 30-45 minutes)! While we would never ever want you to miss our special day because of child care concerns we do recommend you think of this night as a potential “date night” for you if possible so that you can enjoy as much of the fun as possible with us! Whatever you choose, we are so excited to see all of you! :)
Due to venue and vendor limitations we can only accommodate the guests who receive an RSVP! All guests who are married/engaged or in long term relationships will have the number of guests that accommodates those partners. If you are single or in a new relationship and you do not have a plus one on your RSVP we ask that you please do not bring anyone but yourself! If you don’t have a plus one but would like one please let us know ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate your request! Thank you!

Please see the travel page for a few hotel options if that is something you are interested in! We did not include all of the options there are, only a select few. Feel free to do your own research and select the best hotel that works for you and your family!
Instead of a traditional registry we have opted for a honeymoon fund! Weddings and honeymoons are expensive, and while we would never expect you to buy us a gift or put money towards our honeymoon, if you would like to get us something we ask that you help us have an amazing honeymoon by putting that money that you would have spent on a gift for us towards our honeymoon fund or an experience for us to do as a newlywed couple instead!! We thank you so much for any and all gifts, even if your presence is the only gift you give! Check out our registry page for more details! We love you! 💕
We are having an unplugged ceremony, which means we ask that there be no phones or cameras out during the ceremony! We have a fantastic photographer/videographer that we have paid a lot of money to capture our big day and we promise to share all of those pictures and videos with you!! All other times during the wedding please feel free to take all of the pictures and videos! There will be a few different places for you to snap a cute picture or selfie! We would love to see them all so feel free to text them to one of us, or when posting use our hashtag, #HappilyEverHelton2023 so we don’t miss any of them! ***There will be photo op sets set up around the venue that the venue owner asks that guest do NOT use for personal pictures! She uses these sets specifically for professional photographers only, so please respect her wishes!***
