Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or other dietary restrictions, please reach out to us so we can make arrangements with the caterer.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, no, please arrange a designated driver if you plan on drinking or utilize Uber/Lyft.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says plus one then yes, if not then no.

Covid-19 protocols

Answer

We will be following NYS Covid-19 recommendations including the venue requirements and we have continued to monitor the situation. We will have more updated information closer to the event. Currently we are asking if you are unvaccinated you wear a mask while inside except while eating/drinking and for those who are vaccinated masks are optional. Thank you for your respect and understanding as we do have several family members who are immunocompromised.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

See places to stay page. We also have a block of hotel rooms available under Folk Wedding at Home 2 Suites by Hilton.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is adult only affair. We hope you will understand Our decision and allow all wedding guests the opportunity to let their hair down and celebrate in style!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a small registry-- please see the website for info as there are links directly to our registries.

Can I take pictures/video?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged, meaning no photos or videos will be taken except by the hired professionals. Put your phone or camera away and be present during the ceremony-- you can take as many as you want during the reception afterwards!

Is there an ATM on premises?

Answer

There is no ATM at the premises please be sure to bring some cash to the event as it may be needed for drinks/bartenders, they also accept debit/credit cards.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes there will be a brunch on Sunday 10/16/22- please see events/schedule page for more information.
