Some recommendations for our out-of-towner guests. Hilton Head Island is a foot-shaped barrier island located off the Atlantic Coast of South Carolina, approximately 45 miles north of Savannah, G.A.., 90 miles south of Charleston, S.C., and 30 miles south of historic Beaufort, S.C. The Island is 12-mile long and 5-mile wide. Therefore, nothing is too far from each other. It would take about 20 mins with traffic lights to drive the whole island down the main road 278.
Our wedding is at the "heel" of the island, which means it is central to both the north end of the island and the south end of the island. The south end is where most all the main attractions are in Coligony Circle. This is where the bridal party will be staying.
