Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is black-tie optional. We prefer men to be in a suit & tie and women in mid- or floor-length dresses. Ladies, there is grass at our venue, so take that into consideration when picking out your shoes!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: 4:00 PM - Shuttle 1 departs from The Doyle 4:00 PM - Shuttle 2 departs from Fairfield Inn and heads to The Doyle 4:05 PM - Shuttle 2 departs from The Doyle Please note: Shuttle 2 departing from The Doyle at 4:10 will already be carrying guests from Fairfield Inn. We encourage guests departing from The Doyle to take Shuttle 1 at 4:00 to ensure there is enough space.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

While we strongly encourage guests to take the shuttles to avoid drinking and driving, parking is available at the venue. You may leave your car overnight as long as you pick it up no later than 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Question

Can I take pictures or videos at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones, cameras, and devices be put away during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in the moment, and we don’t want any phones to get in the way of our professional photographers. However, we welcome (and encourage) you to capture and share moments during the cocktail hour and reception!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your formal invitation for a plus one. If your name is not listed with a plus-one, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate additional guests.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is an adult-only wedding. Although we don’t have kids ourselves, we understand how rare a night out can be for all you parents. We love your little ones SO much, but we want you to fully enjoy the celebration! Take this as an opportunity to book a babysitter and enjoy a fun, kid-free evening (or weekend)!
