Yes we met like most millennials, on a dating website. Our first date was October 6th 2017, an afternoon walk around the reservoir in Brighton with Bruin. It was clear that Ashley was Bruins favorite human from that moment on. That night we learned so much about each other and how much we had in common. Our first date quickly grew into a love that neither of us expected. Our mutual love for dogs, food, sports, and traveling made us realize we were perfect for each other. Although all of our favorite things to do were slowed down by the pandemic, it only proved it more that we were meant to be and loved spending every second with each other. Steve proposed in August of 2020, smack dab in the middle of the pandemic. Also days before we purchased our first home together. Finally, we are thrilled to be able to celebrate and show our love to our closest friends and family at our home with our daughter Harper!
