Please arrive by 12:30 p.m. to give yourself time. You'll need to go through security and up to the Fourth Floor Gallery. The ceremony will take place promptly at 1 p.m.
We recommend taking a ride share to City Hall. If you prefer to drive, the most convenient parking for SF City Hall is the Civic Center Garage (355 McAllister St), located directly across the street. Or, the Performing Arts Garage (360 Grove St) is a reliable backup just a block away.
We'd like the family to stay after the ceremony for some family pictures.
Please check the weather before coming into San Francisco. Temperatures in July are much cooler than other parts of the region.
