What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing small bites & drinks beginning at 3pm when the first shuttle from the hotel arrives. If you aren’t taking a shuttle from the Hawthorn, please make sure to arrive by 3:45pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Summer suits and cocktail-style dresses or jumpsuits are preferred. Please no shorts or jeans!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttles from the Hawthorn, leaving at 2:45pm & 3:10pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is street parking available.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
