Their office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 10:00PM EST and Saturday – Sunday 9:00 – 9:00PM EST. Here are a few reminders for guest when booking reservations: If you wish to extend your stay beyond January 30th - February 1st, please make your initial reservation first. Then, contact the hotel directly with your confirmation number to request an extension. A 2 night minimum is required for all reservations. Reservations will not be accepted that do not meet the minimum night requirement. One night plus tax is due to reserve a room. The remaining balance will be due at check-in. A security deposit of $300.00 is required per reservation. Deposit will be released at check-out if there are no incidentals or damages to rooms or property. Guests may cancel up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of their deposit. Reservations cancelled less than fourteen (14) days from the day of arrival, no shows and early departures will not receive any refunds. You must be 21 or older to check-in. Daily housekeeping is not included.

Phoenix offers two airport options: Phoenix Sky Harbor and Phoenix - Mesa Gateway Airport. Phoenix Sky Harbor is the closest and most convenient to the hotel.
