Is there a dress code?

Formal, black tie optional. Think spring elegance with light pastel colors and/or floral patterns encouraged. Majority of the celebration will be outdoors on the lawn, so we recommend block heels, wedges, or flats for your comfort.

May in Paradise Valley usually has highs in the mid 90s and cooler evenings in the mid 60s.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Dinner will be held outdoors on the lawn, with dancing and late-night festivities indoors. Please dress accordingly!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue restrictions, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thanks for understanding!

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is free parking at PVCC. We also have shuttles from the hotel to the venue, as well as back to the hotel after the wedding.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive between 4:30 and 5:00 PM—the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00.
