How does the room block work?

Answer

Our room block are negotiated rates that are held up until October 9th, 2025. Booking your room before that date will require a $150 deposit, with 2nd and 3rd deposits due by October 9th, 2025. The final payment will be required by December 4th, 2025.

Is there a minimum nights required?

Answer

We have the rooms blocked for four nights (Wednesday - Sundays). The hotel only requires guests to book a minimum of three nights though. So if you want to travel in on Thursday or leave on Saturday, that is an option if desired.

How do we get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

When booking your room through the link or QR code, at the end, there is an option to add in transportation. This is recommended. However, you are free to coordinate your own transportation if preferred.

What travel documents are required?

Answer

You will be required to have a valid passport. The passport cannot expire within 6 months of the travel date.

Can we stay at a different resort and come for the activities?

Answer

Unfortunately not. All wedding guests are required to stay at the hotel.

When do we need to RSVP by?

We will need all RSVP's in by October 31st, 2025.
