How should I dress?

Answer

Dress is festive wedding attire, but it is important to us that you also feel comfortable. Most areas are paved. Dinner will be served on the lawn, and flip flops can be provided.

The venue is a vineyard & ranch. What if I have limited mobility?

Answer

There are buses on-site that can accommodate those with limited mobility. Once you park, attendants will lead you to the bus pick-up station.

Question

The venue is only an hour or so away. Do I need a hotel room?

Answer

While the hotels are 30 minutes away, the use of shuttle service will be the most responsible way to fully enjoy all of the festivities, as there is an open bar. It is also important to note that getting to the venue requires driving on two-way roads, which will be very dimly lit at night.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Absolutely! There are many activities that kids of all ages will enjoy.

What time do I need to be checked-in at the hotel and ready to depart for the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle service departs promptly at 5pm from Comfort Suites and will make one stop at Fairfield Inn & Suites before arriving at Taber Ranch. Please be in the hotel lobby by 5pm.

Question

Do I have to stay during the entire reception if I choose to stay at hotels and use shuttle service?

Answer

Return shuttle service begins at 10pm, with another return service at 11pm. The final shuttle departs at 12am. You are also free to attempt Lyft and Uber service!
