If you are flying in from Buffalo, there are direct flights into Los Angeles (LAX). If flying this route, Santa Barbara is then a 2-3 hour drive up the coast. Alternatively, there is a smaller Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) with limited 1 and 2 stop options to fly directly into the city. A 15 minute ride-share would get you into downtown Santa Barbara. The city has plenty of options for hotels in the area. Depending on your style, budget, or desires to be near the beach the below are some hotel options in the area. This list is certainly not comprehensive, if you would like to explore more options we recommend looking on a booking website like Booking.com. Since there are so many options, we won't be committing to a hotel room block. Please stay wherever you are most comfortable and note that ride-share services are easily available in the area. This hotel is beachfront. It is a 10 minutes drive from our Ceremony, 5 minutes drive from our Reception, and a 15 min drive from the SBA airport.

Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort

633 East Cabrillo Boulevard, Santa Barbara, CA 93103

This hotel is beach front and a classic. Richie and I have stayed here and it was quite comfortable! Compared to the Mar Monte hotel it is a bit closer to downtown but also more expensive. It is a <10 min drive to the Ceremony, <5 min drive from the Reception, and a 15 min drive to the SBA airport.

This hotel is stylish and a Conde Nast Traveler Top 20 hotel in southern California. It is located directly on State Street making it walkable to restaurants, bars, coffee shops - and is located just one block away from our Reception venue.

524 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101

Also located off of State Street and easily walkable to shops. It is centered in between our Ceremony and Reception venues, both less than 1 mile and a 3 min drive. This hotel has a distinct look and feel that is modern, minimal and yet cozy.
