FAQs

Question

What if I'm not feeling well?

Answer

While we would love to see everyone and be able to celebrate, if you are not feeling well please stay home and we will do what we can to meet with you to celebrate at a later date!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on this website by March 20th.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them!

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! Please indicate this on your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. If it is close to the wedding date, please notify Richard or Ashley.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal, suits/dress pants and dresses are preferred way to go! Wear whatever color you would like but please do not wear colors typically reserved for the bride.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have the hotels near the venue listed in the travel section! A lot of our families also live in Columbus Ohio, so feel free to stay there, just know that it is a 45-50 minute drive from Columbus to Springfield.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm, you may arrive as early as 5:15pm.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Our registry is available under the registry tab!
