If you have questions prior to the wedding day, you are welcome to reach out to either Rhett or Ashley. We ask you not to contact them the day of the wedding; instead, please contact the day of coordinator. Rhett, Ashley and their families will be busy preparing and celebrating.

Rehearsal Dinner

Answer

Only the bridal party and close family members are invited. If you did not receive an invitation, please know we would love to have you but due to food prices it will be a small group.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have blocked rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn & Suites. This would be our recommendation due to cleanliness and the ability to choose your room size. However, there is not a pool here. The Elegante Suites is nice and offers a pool; it only has suites with double and king size bed options. Please choose what fits your needs best.

Can I bring a date?

Due to capacity limitations set by the venue, we unfortunately have a specific guest count. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only.

Is this a kid friendly event?

Answer

Yes! However, we ask that your children remain quiet and respectful during the ceremony and reception. If not, please step out for a few minutes and enjoy the outside space.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20 to 45 minutes prior to the ceremony. Map/time your transportation prior to the wedding day to ensure you arrive on time!

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is dressy-casual to casual. This includes slacks, nice blue jeans, sun dresses, collared shirts, button downs and nice blouses.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoor, but there is a outdoor area for you to enjoy.

Will I get to party?

Answer

YESSSSS! The party will begin after the ceremony and dinner. Make sure to bring some dancing shoes!
